I found the hotel staff attentive and helpful. the hotel's location, a short walk from the train station, proved very convenient. the garden offered a peaceful retreat. I enjoyed the beautiful roses and canal views (it was perfect for a quiet moment).

the staff were cute and helpful, i think that's really important.
i was disappointed that the bedside tables were just a small shelf. it felt a bit cheap for the price we paid (though the location is very convenient). also, there was no coffee machine in the room, or complimentary mini bottles of water, that was a bummer.
